  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 7 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Green beans, Mashed potatoes, Corn, Macaroni and cheese, Cornbread
